Delivery to UK mainland addresses* is FREE on orders £75 and over.
Delivery on orders £74.99 and below are charged at £4.99!
Please note: we are not currently offering delivery to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands and the Republic of Ireland.

If ordered before 11am, delivery will normally be within 3 working days.

Digital Pianos in stock
We aim to deliver all digital pianos listed as in stock within 5 working days. If you are looking to collect the piano please wait for confirmation that the product is ready for collection.

Products NOT in stock
If a product is not in stock we will email you to let you know. Depending on the product you order we will then tell you how long until we can get it in stock. We will also ask whether you wish to continue with your order or cancel it.

*We reserve the right to amend or withdraw our free delivery offer without prior notification.
As per our Terms and Conditions, we retain the right to 28 days to enable delivery of any product ordered via our website.


Your rights to return goods are protected under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (SI 2000 No.2334)^.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it by an insured delivery method with all packaging intact and it in its original condition within 14 days, and we’ll gladly exchange it, offer you a different product of equal value, or give you a full refund (please note that ex-demo equipment and second-hand equipment is not covered by this policy).

Please note that cancellation of the purchase of copyrighted goods (all software, CD’s DVD’s, Videos and books) can not be accepted where the item has been unsealed.

If you are returning goods because they have been damaged in transit you must inform us within 2 working days. This is so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem as swiftly as possible.

Before returning any goods, you must contact us. Items returned without previous communication will be rejected. Refunds are made within 30 days. Please note that we can arrange the collection and return of goods in this instance but any additional costs must be paid for by the customer.

In the case of goods that fail after two months or ex-demo and second-hand goods that fail anytime within the warranty period, we ask that you return the goods to us by an insured method. We will repair the item free of charge and return them to you by an insured delivery method. All associated delivery costs are payable by the customer.
