Superior Construction
Most important of all, the Pacifica 112V has a proper solid Alder body. A solid body produces far superior tone to as opposed to cheap laminates. Another great feature is the trademark Pacifica short scratchplate. This allows the single coil pickups to be scratchplate mounted while the humbucker is mounted on the body. As a result the humbucker tone has a nice driven sound, whilst the single coils have that chiming sound they are reknowned for. A new hardware package with an all-new block-saddle trem, chrome knobs and 3-ply scratchplate keeps everything in control. Also featured is the brand-new, custom wound, Alnico V SSH pickups voiced for the perfect modern-vintage tone. Add to this the push/pull coil tap fitted as standard, and the guitar has great tone and versatility guaranteed.
